During the filming of Suicide Squad, she trained for three hours every day, as revealed by her trainer Andie Hecker in an interview with People. According to Andie, the most challenging cardio exercise they performed was ballet jumps. They also did heavy-weighted, low-rep arabesque pulls with resistance pulleys and ballet-style arabesque lifts with heavy ankle weights, which helped lift and tone Margot’s famous bottom. Additionally, lots of side series outer thigh work with high reps and low weights were done to create a beautiful line from the waist to the upper thigh.
